We are a construction company with a designer's eye for the details. Our goal is to create timeless structures and spaces. This takes careful attention to make sure that the materials, textures, and application are true to the desired architecture, whether it is Contemporary, Traditional, Mediterranean, French Classic, Coastal, Country, or anything in between.

Our Story

Our president and founder, Scott Green, has been building and renovating custom homes in Central Florida since 1985. Construction has been in our family for 3 generations. We added custom commercial projects to our business in the early 1990’s. We are a family business; We have also hired some very talented people that are essential to our success. We recognize them as our greatest asset.

Scott Green

Scott developed an interest for construction at an early age, working on his father’s jobsites and then framing houses, owning his own framing company while still a teen. He built his first custom house in 1985 with the guidance of his father, Bill Green, who had been building custom homes since the 1960s. Since that first project, Scott has enjoyed the creativity of the design-to-build process working alongside renowned designers and architects; master craftsmen; and skilled workers; completing top quality custom homes while also building long lasting relationships with his homeowners. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, waterskiing daily, and traveling on construction-based mission trips around the world.

Colton Lang

Colton grew up around construction in Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and obtained his Certified Building Contractor license shortly after joining Castleworks in 2023. Colton takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and is known for keeping projects organized and on schedule. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time on the water.

Jennifer Green

Jennifer is Scott’s wife and has had a role in the company for most of the 40+ years we have been in business. She is a talented multitasker who manages the company’s office responsibilities. Outside of the office, Jennifer is a devoted wife, mom, and grandmother who enjoys cooking, volunteering at church, and spending time with her family at the beach and on the water.
